The National Center for Innovation & Excellence is a dynamic community of thought leaders and experts dedicated to building strong communities by developing resources, ensuring the diverse delivery of inclusive services, providing technical assistance, consultation, and training. Services are available to community-based agencies, localities, non-profits, and state and county-managed child and family service systems seeking to implement, manage or enhance their Systems of Care.

The NCFIE specializes in family-driven, youth-guided system reform initiatives, prioritizing diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts, scaling innovations to excellence, and expanding the utilization of high-fidelity wraparound.

The NCFIE team is committed to transforming sustainable care systems to produce measurable results and positive outcomes for the children and families served. We work with your agency to customize services to meet your unique needs and establish quantifiable targets and deliverables to achieve the desired goals and objectives that will most efficiently and effectively result in sustainable change and lasting improvement.
